ASUS, one of the top-selling laptop brands in Europe, was looking to increase brand awareness and credibility through its comms and influencer programme. Hotwire devised and led an extensive reviews programme, always-on press office and created integrated influencer campaigns to achieve this goal. Through pro-active pitching and integrated campaigns around product launches, Hotwire built strong relationships with consumer tech, gaming and lifestyle press. Our team has played a pivotal role in ensuring ASUS reaches its commercial goals.

Hotwire partnered with AWS in 2020 to boost brand awareness and generate leads in their partner ecosystem. By targeting key accounts and decision makers, Hotwire produced valuable leads and co-branded assets like eBooks and landing pages. This collaboration led to a substantial increase in AWS’ brand visibility and lead generation. Hotwire has solidified its position as a top marketing agency by delivering successful outcomes and remains dedicated to further collaboration with AWS.

Citrix (Cloud Software Group)
Citrix, pioneers of remote access & hybrid working, were looking for ways to generate awareness and provoke thought leadership conversation on this topic within key global industry verticals by partnering with priority strategic alliances. Hotwire brought all parties together to develop a joint value proposition, bringing the alliance story to life. This set the foundation for a highly effective Partner ABM campaign that utilised a multi-channel approach to generate leads and engagement in the target verticals, further nurtured through engaging content creative and C-Suite virtual events. This campaign resulted in Citrix building a strong pipeline of opportunities for future growth.

Cloud Software Group (Citrix, NetScaler, TIBCO, Enterprise Applications)
Cloud Software Group, which encompasses the business units Citrix, TIBCO, NetScaler and Enterprise Applications, provides mission-critical software to enterprises at scale. The Group appointed Hotwire in the UK, France and Germany to provide reputation and relationship solutions across the company’s portfolio. Hotwire runs a multi-faceted press office which seeks to build strong relationships with influencers, position spokespeople as visionaries in the industry and ensure the amplification of the company’s key message: that it enables customers to adapt, transform, and meet the challenges facing every modern enterprise across private, public, managed, and sovereign cloud environments.

Dell Technologies together with Wipro combines Dell’s product engineering, R&D and technology support with Wipro’s IPs and framework for developing new solutions and services. Together they had a priority account list that they wanted to approach, aligning the sales and marketing teams to create stronger, longer and more fruitful client relationships as well as an appetite to increase revenue. Hotwire’s strategic 1-to-Many ABM approach, coupled with our intelligent data analytics tools were able to provide the Dell Technologies and Wipro with a multi-layered Go To Market plan that supports the sales and marketing teams to influence their discussions throughout the sales cycle, with content underpinned by revised messaging and beautiful creative to bring the campaign to life.

Headspace Health, known in the health tech sector for specialising in mental health services, tasked Hotwire with creating a B2B integrated marketing and communications campaign for its Headspace for Work offer. With little-to-no awareness outside of the US, the campaign objectives were two-fold: to drive brand awareness among HR decision maker audiences and generate leads to support a multi-million-dollar revenue target. To meet the objectives, Hotwire developed a creative platform which was leveraged across earned media to broaden awareness, coupled with a multi-channel activation strategy across display, search, paid media, and content syndication. Story packages and content were localised for core UK, US, Germany, and Australia audiences.

Honeywell, the US-based Fortune 100 multinational, had a need to increase brand reputation and sales engagement by running Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across multiple sectors and geographies. Hotwire created a dedicated approach that targeted strategic accounts, utilising cut-through creative and personalised messaging for Honeywell that resonated with their important buyer audience. Enhancing the ABM approach and combining the power of sales and marketing, Hotwire built new relationships for Honeywell’s commercial leads and their customers. The campaign took an award-winning approach and has since generated over $200M in opportunity pipeline.

Kyndryl (Marketing)
Kyndryl is a global IT infrastructure service provider. Hotwire provides an integrated marketing approach to Kyndryl EMEA, supporting their extensive alliance partnerships and providing strategic guidance. We combine best practice consultancy with strategic thinking, innovative design and creative messaging, working to enhance the strong relationships between Kyndryl and their alliances partners, whilst protecting their reputation as they grow.

Kyndryl (PR)
Hotwire provides PR and communication consultancy services to Kyndryl across UKI, France, Germany, Italy and LATAM (via partner ViaNews). Our role is to shine a light on the corporations areas of expertise, practices and growth story via creative campaigns and expert media relations strategy.

Rightly, the UK champion of data, was looking to grow brand awareness and drive conversions. Hotwire ran a proactive press office that cut through the noise, championing consumer data and positioning Rightly as an authority in the consumer protection space. Through creative storytelling and bold positioning of Rightly’s CEO, our team delivered consistent, quality national coverage which directly contributed to Rightly’s business goals.

Signifyd offers fraud and abuse prevention to retailers and financial services providers globally. It has strong presence in the US, but wanted support with gaining recognition in Europe. Hotwire was brought onboard to run a best-in-class PR programme reaching Tier 1 media and supporting the Signifyd team across the moments that mattered most, including Signifyd’s expansion into financial services. Focusing on these moments, Hotwire set up a programme focused on reputation and relationships: an always-on press office, proactive media strategy tapping into Signifyd’s data and ‘risk intelligence’ teams, and supporting milestone events to drive leads for the sales team.

Zoom, the globally-renowned collaboration platform, initially appointed Hotwire to raise its profile in two key markets – the UK and Germany. The brief very quickly changed with the onset of the pandemic, when we were then tasked with managing a global media crisis to shift sentiment and support Zoom’s growth potential in 19 international markets.
Through a proactive and reactive communications programme, we built a 24/7 media management taskforce comprising of Zoom, crisis partner SardVerb Partners, government relations specialists and our own global network.
Over a period of four months, we successfully sought retractions, secured corrections and ensured Zoom’s statements were included in editorial coverage. At the same time, we delivered high impact editorial coverage in support of Zoom’s clearly laid out business strategy, led by CEO Eric Yuan. This also resulted in Zoom entering Interbrand’s best top 100 global brands list for the first time in 2020.
