Facebook decided to help small and medium sized businesses get ready for the holiday season by highlighting the free training, insights, support and more it could offer them.
Using personalised stories from other SMBs, we showed owners and managers how Facebook tools could help their businesses through the critical months at the end of the year. As part of this, we highlighted the way Facebook Business Suite can manage your online presence.
Importantly, we showed how free tools can create great interactive content on Facebook and Instagram that really engages target audiences. And how getting products in front of the right people in the right way drives sales.
Our work to give SMBs a seasonal shot in the arm surpassed Facebook’s expectations. There were 310M total views of content, with 71M unique views. The 2M hours spent on watching content was almost double the campaign KPI. Another good reason to enjoy the holidays.
